Great service and selection
This is just a wonderful hardware store; the ambience is welcoming with its cool breeze through the open doors and helpful staff eager to assist without being condescending. Feels like a familiar shop in a small town and they were the only hardware store big or small in all of Charlotte who carried the drain opener product I needed.
I've been going to Potts Hardware since I've move to Charlotte 30 years ago..I can not remember one bad thing to say!! Excellent customer service and great at helping you out with your needs..
