Do not go there for your post op recovery! Patient Care & Pain Management is god awful. Too bad because the surgeon is great.
Had a ankle replaced. Super service all around. Also had three other procedures done here in the last few years, all with excellent results.
My husband had back surgery here. From the time we checked in at 5am until he was discharged from the hospital two days later, everybody was wonderful and very helpful. I would recommend them highly!
Go somewhere else. The surgical staff is awesome, but beyond that, you're on your own. Any time you need anything you must ask repeatedly to get it. When your request is finally acknowledged (pain meds or even a wheel chair) it will take the staff over an hour to get it to you. I went 6 hours without pain medication being offered until I was informed that I must ask before it would be provided. There is no sense of urgency whatsoever. One of the worst instances of customer service that I ever had to endure. The surgeons are fantastic but the hospital staff not so much.
Terrible experience. Would have gotten better post op care at our veternarian's office.
