My mom bought 2 tickets here to fly out of the country, the day of the flight we get to the airport and one of the names is wrong, we call the agency to have it fixed not until I got angry and told them it was their fault and not my moms did they try to help. Not only did she not get to fly that day but we also waited at the airport for 4 hours to have the agency call us back and on top of that they charged my mom 500$ to change her flight. At no point did they take responsibility for the mistake they made the name was not a misspell it was a completely different name added definitely will not be advising anyone to come here!
