After calling several agencies whom gave me the run around. I got fed up and finally took the advice of a friend to call M.A. Goodman. Insurance isn't something you have to use on a daily basis but I'm glad that if the situation arises I am covered by people who I know will help me in a professional and timely manner.

They do not answer emails. I have sent 3 to the email on their webpage and have gotten no response.
Tried to get some claim information and they were unable to help. Interesting that an insurance agent could not provide basic information to help their own client pay a claim.
They answer the phone with "It is a great day!" This is a inviting thing to here when calling to make a payment or ask questions. The Account Manager is informative and helpful, she was able to explain insurance to me in a way that I could understand. Great company to work with!!!
