The young man at Panther 23 today was sarcastic & rude, and chomped his big wad of gum with his mouth open!
The only problem I had was some workers were very very rude and disrespectful and refused to help clients find there way around the new location building.I witnessed a elder asking a worker for help, and the female rolled her eyes and said that's not my job to tell you were the bathroom is, all I could do was shake my head and help the elder out myself. As far as the worker who I was sent to, he was very nice, and helpful.The security guards were also very nice and helpful.
The people I encountered on my visit a week ago could not have been nicer. Very pleasant, professional,warmly greeted, and knowledgeable. I was in line at 8:15 and in front of a representative right after they opened at 9am. A special shout out to Bethany Mock who went the extra steps and phone calls to make sure my problem was taken care of while I was there. I noticed especially how the security people would redirect people to the appropriate representatives so they would not be standing in line and find out later they were suppose to go elsewhere. Very clean, well lit waiting area and personnel available to quickly quiet anyone in a professional manner who raised their voice in argument....anger management at its best! Given an atmosphere that has a lot of stress and people with legitimate issues, the people I saw working there were very good at what they do to help those who rely on social security to survive.

I had a great experience here. The security officers were very nice and helpful. I went to see about SSDI and Ms. Raglan wad so nice and helpful. She scheduled a phone appt for me and advised me of what would be helpful to get the process going. When I left, the guards even said goodbye. Couldn't be any more cordial than that!
I don't understand all the complaints in these reviews. We found the procedures efficient and the personnel were polite and professional. Our total time in the office barely exceeded 30 minutes. We were applying for Medicare B for my husband. We had all the paperwork ready. The woman helping us resolved a question about how SSA had my husband's name different on different cards and forms. As we walked to our car she came out to find us because of one missing piece of info--very thoughtful of her. I think some people go in expecting to be treated rudely and probably are rude themselves. Politeness works both ways!
