DEAR FARLEY'S, I WOULD GIVE YOU ONE STAR IF I COULD
The 1st time I placed my order it arrived 14 minutes after I placed my order which was awesome, but all my cheese had slid to one side of the box, the pizza was wet/drippy and the pizza was mostly crust. I called to complain, they offered a credit and another free meal which was fine. 2 days later I called to get the free order delivered, the delivery driver did not call me, they took it to the wrong address. I would have never known my order came if the receptionist in the building did not call me, they spelled my name wrong and it took her 30 minutes to find me. I had to walk almost a half mile in the rain to get my food. They offered a 2nd credit of food when I was ready to order, today is Halloween and they decided to play games. Random bites of my pizza was spicy and not edible, they put crush pepper in random places under the cheese.
DONE WITH FARLEY'S AND SHAME ON YOU!!!
Cashier cassandra was rude and had an attitude. Order was mixed up with another customer's and she would not apologize. I will definitely not be back

Food is good, but the delivery takes forever. I ordered 20 wings and a salad and was told it would be delivered in 40-45 minutes. Unfortunately it took 1.5 hours and a phone call to finally get our food. Not a happy customer.
This place could be one of the best in South Charlotte. The flavors they have are spot on. The only problem is, nothing is ever cooked properly. Whether it's under cooked wings, undercooked dough, poorly made sandwiches or receiving wrong orders, its never done right. We have given this place more than enough chances, but we are officially done. WE WILL NEVER ORDER FROM FARLEY'S AGAIN!!!
