Again the location is great, the store is very clean, the food is decent enough, but the employees lack tact, friendliness, and professionalism. This makes this place very tacky in my opinion and not worth my hard earned cash.
This was the 2nd time I visited this establishment and it was the last! The first time I came here it was the exact same situation. I figured I would give them another shot since they are in a convenient location. But no... the 3rd time will not be a charm. 2 of the 4 employees where the same as the first visit and the service was awful both times!
AMAZING food and selection of sauces. They pleasantly catered to my sister's unique and long order without missing a beat. Boomboom and secret sauce are on point. Food is fresh and a perfect amount of portions were used on each pita. Thoroughly impressed and I'll definitely be coming back for more!
Save your money, I would never return to this place!!! I ordered two pitas, both with extra meat, because apparently their Wednesday special is .99 for double meat. The cashier rings me in first for double meat at regular price, $2.19, then only after I notice and ask about this does he adjust it to $1.19, which is still more than the advertised special. Fine, it's only .20 cents... When I make it to the toppings section, I asked for sauce on both wraps, and both of the sauce bottles were empty. When I asked the server for more (or even any) sauce, she continued to squirt the empty bottles and shockingly there was nothing coming out... its crazy how it works, there actually needs to be liquid in the bottle in order for this to work. Instead of getting a new bottle, she just wrapped up my pita and handed it to me, dry as a rock. I won't even get into all the extra ingredients from the grill and/or the line that were in wrap that I didn't order... would not recommend this place and judging by the most recent past reviews, this seems to be the common and reoccurring theme of this place...
And you cannot blame the customer for being confused... The ordering process sucks! Customers have to repeat their order a minimum of 3-4 times and this seems to be a part of their normal ordering process.
Wouldn't have even given them this ass hole behind the counter needs to learn some dam respect.
The service here is horrible. I understand that they are busy during lunch time, but the staff here is soo rude and unprofessional. Not only do they bark at the customers 'What did order? White or wheat, what else...', they then have the audacity to mock customers right in front of the customers face! Today this one ill-manner lady employee called one of thier customers 'so dingy' for not understanding their convoluted ordering process. I felt embarrassed just witnessing this buffoonery.
The service was bad and rude but the guy that has dreadz he was an outgoing person I really liked his positive attitude
1.) You walk in and place your order. 2.) You move up a few steps, then the grill lady barks at you 'What did u order?' (And please do not carry on a conversation with other patrons while waiting...this chick had the nerve to bang on the counter to get the attention of the couple who was standing in line directly in front of me). 3.) You move a few steps up and the stoic pita girl asks 'white or wheat' in a dull monotone voice that you can barely hear. Ask her to repeat, which most customers did, and she will bark 'White or wheat!' All while not lifting her head to make eye contact. After steaming the pita she proceeds to ask 'What do you want on it?' Evidently, she is only qualified to handle 3 or 4 toppings lettuce, tomato, onions and green peppers. When I asked for roasted red peppers, she slid my pita a whole 6 inches to her left and said 'he'll have to get that for your' referencing the last stop of this horrific trip... the pita rolling guy. 4.) 'What else?' the pita roller asks, as he laughs at all the 'customers are so stupid' jokes that his cohorts are making right in front of the customers! I tell him the other toppings. 'Sauce.', he says. Which I gathered is his way of asking me what type of sauce I would like. I tell him, then he asks the million dollar question 'What did you order?' Dude are you freaking kidding me!!!??? How many times must I repeat myself???
