I would give a negative star if they had one.. Ordered 3 extra large pizzas a month ago and for larges. Called and was given 3 free extra large pizzas on my account. Called today to order them and still did not get what we ordered. When I asked how many slices were in an extra large I was told 10. Yet they cut all 3 pizzas in 9 slices and one of those doesn't even count as slice. I called and was told by the GM, "that they were busy this morning and it was just cut wrong." When I told him that was not the case and that the pizzas were not 16in, I was told "what do you expect to get from this call?" Completely horrible overall service and customer service. I will never, ever go back to this dump!!
Don't order from here... pick your pizza up from a different PJ's. We almost ALWAYS have a problem with this place when we get delivery. Most times the people who answer the phone are unprofessionalI, and the guy in the background is often worse. I swear i would switch to Dominos if there was one close enough to deliver; I will start picking our pizza up from a different Papa John's.
Normally, I have no issues with Papa John's. However, the last two times I ordered, it has been a mess. The first time, the Papa Tracker said that my order had been delivered but it came 20 minutes after the ETA. The driver was very polite and apologetic, so I put it in my mind that they are slammed on a Friday and probably couldn't help it. She had three other orders with her, so why complain?
ZERO stars!!! Ordered online at 5:15 for a 6:45 delivery. At 7:15 called to ask where the pizza was...we were told it was in route and would be here in less than 30 minutes. An HOUR later, called them back and they said it would be leaving for delivery right away. At 8:45 (2 hours after delivery time) called and cancelled, and pizza showed up 5 minutes later, so we told them to take it back. Kid's bedtime was at 9, so we had to cook grilled cheese sandwiches before their bedtime. Shut this sorry place down! Your family won't eat dinner before they deliver your order, and you have to call at least twice to finally get them to send it!
Order two extra large pizza and it never came to my house. Called after closing and a young lady told me my pizza was never made because they had only one driver and it would be another hour. But at 3am I realized the pizza never came. I Call the store #309 in Charlotte nc when the store opened the next day and some man claimed he was the manger said he didn't know what happened last night because he wasn't there. I said how are you the manger but don't know what happened? That's when he caught an attitude and told me your money was refundedand said how was he suppose to know when he wasn't there. Look when I was a manager I knew about everything even if I wasn't there, But that's not the point. Why was delivery still available when they knew earlier that there was one driver that showed up to work. I need the main number to headquarters..
Tonight was a different story. I came in and placed my order at 9:52 pm (timestamp from the confirmation email). The tracker said the food was on the way at 10:20 pm. I waited and waited thinking that Monday night football has them jumping and I should give the benefit of the doubt. I don't get a call from the delivery driver until 11:27 saying that he couldn't find my address because his phone died and he had to return to the store in order to call me. He pulls up at 11:43 and the pizza is lukewarm. The rest is just cold. I'll definitely be speaking to the manager.
Latest example: Lastnight we ordered garlic bites with our pizza and paid for extra marinara. Not only did we not get the marinara we paid for but we didn't get the marinara that comes with it. And then the pizza was cold... not warm but cold. When we called back we were on hold for 20 minutes, only to be hung up on when we asked for a manager. I'M PRETTY DONE WITH THIS LOCATION!!!!
