I lost my keys here and the staff was completely unhelpful, to the point that an attendant called the cop on me for looking through the trash for my keys. The cop was a usual pig, telling me that I need to be grateful they let me dig in their trash. Besides that the theater was dirty and the seats are creaky and uncomfortable. An 8oz glass of wine costs $14. Don't go here. Cine mark Movie Bistro has better prices, better food, and and a way friendlier staff.
Poor customer service, young brats running the place. Most likely college kids who think they're too good to be there. Sad!
Loudest theater in the area - and I usually like loud. This place is ridiculous. Either a theater employee or friend of an employee was down in the front section checking his phone constantly. I've been here more than once, and I've never had a great experience. That's why I don't go there anymore.

This is a pretty good facility. It seemed like it was kind of neglected. Spots in the main concourse were not very tidy. The garbage were full. We waited in line for our popcorn and sodas for about 12 mins on a Sunday afternoon. The IMAX theater was pretty good. The floors were not clean and the seats felt like they had not been taken care of. The restrooms were pretty disgusting as well. I believe that I would try a different theater if it is not to far out of your way. I will definitely be going to a better choice one myself.
The theater was dirty , food on floor and on the seats. This was after the staff was asked if the theater was cleaned after seeing the “cleaning” sign lit. When staff was told two young ladies came in with broom and started brushing top of seats next to people and sweeping half way.
