Things to improve:
Small theater located on the top of ballantyne village structure. This theater only shows independent movies usually deemed to be award winning quality
A couple sitting near me was loud the entire time, a staff came in to check towards the end of the movie, never said anything about the loud couple. It wasn't a crowded show and this should've never happened.
1. Lights out
Great location and selection of films. I deducted a stat beacuse my seat had a funny smell and the bathroom was messy.
2. Should make rounds more often to make sure the audiences' experience. We are here to have a good time, not to start trouble, it should your responsibilities to ensure that no one is ruining others' experience.
Fantastic staff, big seats, very clean and perfect sizing for the theater/screen size! Love this place!
Went to see "Your Name" on the night of release, the place was understaffed on a Friday night, there was no one checking tickets at the entrance. The showtime was at 9:50, the lights though dimmed, it was on during the entire movie.
I love this theater, one of the few that doesn't require assigned seating and shows great independent films that never make it to the bigger theaters.
