Sad. Service is terrible, over an hour and a half wait for service. Multiple attempts to gain service after ordering, asked repeatedly why food and drink were not served. Many tables of people around were enjoying food and drink. Manager only made excuses until pressed. The evening ended up being at no financial cost but great emotional cost. A night waisted that should have been joyful. Will never come back. A huge disappointment. Negative stars.
I have been to this theater for several movie premiers. The seats are nice, and the interior design is good. There have never been any issues with the actual film showing, but the staff here (not all mind you) is TERRIBLE. I asked 4 different people--multiple times-- throughout the course of a 2hr 45min. movie for two sweet teas and NEVER RECEIVED THEM.
Terrible terrible terrible service. Movie started at 8. Ordered our food at 8:11, and we are still sitting here with no food or drinks. All we ordered was popcorn and water. The staff was unfriendly and I asked for a glass of water over three times to different servers and we still have not received our food. We have already paid. No one seems to care about the situation. We will definitely not be coming back. If I could give zero stars, I would do it !
Theatre was very dirty and service was terrible. We ordered popcorn, a dessert and a beer before the previews even started. Server came back 20 minutes into the movie with the dessert and said they were out of the beer I ordered, so I ordered another type of beer. Server came back 10 minutes later and said they were out of that beer also, so I ordered a different brand again. Server never came back after that so I had to press the service button. When server came back, I asked where my popcorn and beer were and she responded with, "what beer?'" After going back and forth some more, I finally got a warm beer and popcorn 3/4 into the movie. At the end of the movie, I received a bill which was completely wrong. I had to wait another 10 minutes after the movie to resolve issues with a manager. Save yourself the hassle and money and go anywhere else to watch a movie.
Wow. My first experience at this movie theater with my family. The tables and chairs were dirty. No soda, no lemonade, the oven was broken so limited food options. I ordered a beer that never came despite 2 requests. The staff seemed to be doing their best. Movie without the grill. I won’t be back.
