This took place on Friday October 20, 2017 at approximately 10:30pm.
After server came back, they told us we were unable to all sit together....even though it had been over an hour and a half of us being at the establishment already.
Finally, I asked for a manager to discuss what should have been an EASY resolution. Needless to say the "manager," Pamela, was almost more unprofessional than hee employees.
It felt a bit slow in servicing even with not a lot of people, don't know why, though server was good enough, checked on us a lot.
Stopped Saturday Oct.28th for our usual Grilled Chicken Pasta Salad on our way to Raleigh. What we got was cold chicken lunch meat instead of warm chicken breast! Pasta was hard to find and the taste was not what we use to get. Waitress said her Manager comped the meal but did not come yo talk to us. We left a tip for the waitress and left. Won't go there again!!
Never coming back here. Also recommend everyone else save their money.
Great place to eat always. Broccoli cheddar casserole is a sure bet! Ribs and chicken are great. Pot pie is good and or course some mixed drinks to wash it all down.
Waited an hour for a table for 10 at 9pm. Understandable....it was a large party.
They sat us near the in/out pick up entrance for the servers to go in and out to get the food. All night there was a loud call every time a server went in or out. ( VERY ANNOYING)
NEVER WILL WE GO THERE AGAIN. SERVICE AND MANAGEMENT IS TERRIBLE!
Well, when sat, they had us at two different tables. We saw an open table large enough to fit the entire party. We politely asked if we could move to that neighboring table where our entire party could sit together. The serve gets with another server and deliberated for almost 10 minutes...meanwhile we were all ignored.l, not even served water.
Nice place, looks like every other Cheddar's, I love interior. It becomes really busy on weekends, not so during the week. Food is very good, prepared from scratch they say, it tastes so I must say, really nice. Best chicken tenders ever.
One of the worst experiences I've ever had at a restaurant. It started out good. We were a group of 8 ( celebrating my nephew senior night at Vance football game) and was happy the wait wasn't long(3-5 min tops) .
So we proceed to order our drinks and food. The others (7) with me order first. I couldn't decide so I told him to put their orders in and please come back to me; which he did. When I did order about 10 min later ( French onion soup) my order comes back first and COLD. The server takes it back. Then everyone else's food start to come out 1 or 2 every 15- 20min APART! (Basically we didn't eat together) My soup comes back COLD AGAIN! Not everyone had utensils to eat with either. ( It was a mess) Now when the server brings my soup back the 3RD TIME, it is hot, but upon eating it I find 2 FRENCH FRIES COOKED IN THE BOTTOM OF MY FRENCH ONION SOUP! TOTAL DISGUST!!!!
We were simply looking to have a great evening... I'm so disappointed in this experience and have honestly never felt so disrespected and disregarded. I hope the GM has serious conversations around employee and management attitudes. What ever happen to simple customer service?! Needless to say, we left and took our service elsewhere.
