I was very disappointed with the work this company did. The owner is very rude and does not stand behind his work.
New Siding, replaced rotten wood and installed new windows. Great Job!! I will definitely call them again. Next, attic insulation!!
BTR Roofing did an excellent job replacing not only the roof on our house but also the entire roof on our garage. My husband and I could not be more pleased with the quality of materials that they used but also with the start time and the time on task. I received an estimate from BTR for a new roof, leaf protection gutters and all new windows in April 2016 and made the final decision to accept their estimate on 5/10/16. I mailed the check for half of the cost as required and the check was cashed by BTR on 5/17/16. My windows were never measured and I was not allowed to choose my shingle color. I did ask them to match my garage shingles and they did but I didn't get the option to choose which was odd to me. I reached to BTR out on 5/20 asking if my job had been scheduled because I had a vacation planned for the second week of June and would need to be in town while the work was bring done. I was assured via email that the roof and gutters would be completed prior to my 6/10 vacation departure date and the windows would come after. No problem. No call, no email, so I reached back out on 6/1 and was told via email on 6/2 that I would have a confirmed date by 6/3. I received an email (after sending one myself) on 6/3 that said they would not be able to do the job until after I returned from vacation 6/18, on 6/21. Ok, I made peace with that. 6/7 I received an email stating they had a cancellation and could do my roof on 6/8. After rearranging my schedule, I agreed. 5 minutes after that email, I received another stating that they would not be able to complete the job on 6/8 and would need to revert back to the 6/21 date. Ok, not happy but at least a date was set. They did show up at lunch time on 6/21 to start. They finished on 6/22 with the roof around 5 pm. The gutter installers were scheduled to arrive on 6/8 as well and finally did at 7:30pm. Finally the leaf protection was installed on 6/24 and I paid the remainder due. At this point, the experience had been so bad, I decided to cancel the window installation. I do not believe either of us was upset to end the relationship. The work was decent however the communication and customer service left a lot to be desired. This was an expensive endeavor for me and was not a good experience at all.
Don't waste your time...these guys don't stand behind their work and very rude to deal with if you have a question or complaint. Cost me a lot of money to have them attempt a repair...although I was assured they could fix it. Roof still leaked and they just said there was nothing more they could do and the roof was shot. (And they were keeping my money.) So after a reputable repair, roof is working great and I was told I should get another 15 years out of it. Don't waste your time with these guys.
