Overall very disappointed with this company. I wanted to use a local company to repair my roof damaged by hail, but should have done a little more research. Workers never arrived at my house on the appointment times, they were either late or they never showed. The roof was replaced in approximately 4 hours on a 1700 sq ft home, which raised my concern of quality. The crew was very messy, I am still finding nails in my yard months after the job was completed and now my roof is leaking and I have wet spot on the ceiling in my master bedroom.
Now I feel like he sold us smoke and mirrors.
Salesperson who came to house was very personable, knowledgeable. He was easy to reach during the time we were researching roofing companies.
2. Part of the contract stated that nails would be picked up, and a magnet run over the area to collect errant nails. I now have a huge roofing nail in my tire ... the day after the roofers left. Coincidence? No such thing.
1. He said he'd be onsite for the whole installation process. The single removal and re-roofing took 2.5 days, and he didn't show up at all except when my husband called him to complain that the roofers were throwing shingles onto an un-tarped deck.
This whole process with Roof Roof in Mooresville, NC has been a nightmare. AVOID THIS COMPANY!
3. When they under-ordered on shingles and said they'd come back on a specific day, they just never showed up. For two days. No phone call, no nothing. I do not have time to track vendors down to find out why they are not onsite at the promised time.
