A horrendous customer service ; female employee was rude and unhelpful. Giving us the worst shopping experience ever.
I am a big fan of Asics. My brother and I went to this store with the intention of replacing our running shoes. The store itself looked very cool and looked like they had good products. However the staff was very unfriendly. We were not approached for assistance. After standing around for a few minutes we happened to run into a friend. We talked for a few minutes. While talking and waiting one of the staff finally approached us only to very rudely tell us we had to move because we were to loud...We were definitely not being disruptive. So we all left empty handed and well let's say ticked off. You can find Asics at most running stores and other sports stores, I would not recommend this store.
Brian Williams was beyond helpful. I purchased a pair of Asics running shoes a couple of weeks ago from a different Asics store and while driving through the Georgia area, headed to Fl on family vacation, I realized I needed to switch them out for different size. I had worn the shoes for a few days and while on my trip I didn't have the box nor receipt for the shoes. I called the store to ask if they could help me in any way and Brian offered me a few exchange options. I stopped by the store and Brian took excellent care of me as a customer. THANK YOU!!
No one would talk or help you . picked out shoes and had to ask them to please stop talking to each other and ring us up ....unacceptable
