The guys who was managing a couple months ago that I went was very nice. The new manager, not very nice. She was very inconsiderate and I love love express but I would prefer to go somewhere then bring this place business. I feel like the employees don't take their job serious either. It was just a mess.
Is a good store in Charlotte Premium outlet,but they don't have good attention, because you have to be looking for a sales associate for get help.
Good selection and prices. Received 40% off and additional 15% student discount. The staff were very friendly and helpful in finding everything I was looking for.
