We went to this store for back to school uniforms. They had to order the sizes that we needed but they never showed up. Now I'm having to hop from store to store to try and find uniforms. School has started 3 days ago, still no uniforms. I called customer service and they had no order placed. I called the store and she said she would call me back before she got off. Still no call or no answers. Very upset at how unprofessional they are handling this situation.

They had 4 employees & 1 manager with only 2 moms in the whole store (me included). My 1 year old was actually an angel who stayed right beside me, not being destructive at alll. After 15 minutes, someone finally realized I was in the store and said hi to me and gave me a shopping bag. I told them I was there to pickup an order as well as getting a few things. The manager completely ignored me when I told her my last name (Carters still has it under my maiden name) when they couldn't find it, I said my last name again and they magically found it. It doesn't end there. I'm just completely ignored as they talk to each other trying to flag someone to come help. I ask for something & the manager literally huffs & puffs "It's right there, but I'll show you". Get there & ask if they can order it if they don't have his size... the manager already turned and walked away completely ignoring me. An employee stopped her and said "did you hear her ask that?" She's apparently to busy to help me & yells across the store that they can order it for me. I then spend 30+ minutes picking out different things. At the register manager is annoyed at me because everything I want has to be ordered then told me to do it myself online. I stand at the checkout counter scrolling the website adding things to my cart when one online doesn't have the size. They wouldn't even call the other store in the area to see if they had it for me. I'm a stay at home mom and this was supposed to be something fun since I never go out shopping. I'm so frustrated I could cry. The manager was just so belittling and rude.I will say the carters in pineville is AMAZING. It's just this store that's awful and won't even ship to store at this location because of this experience. Just awful customer service, so awful!!!!
