I started visiting Haven Spa Boutique after relocating to Charlotte from California in January of 2017... and have been coming here ever since. Kelly is one of the most personable people I have met and her work is flawless. It's incredibly convenient to use the APP to schedule appointments. Supporting small businesses is important to me and I'll continue to be a Haven Spa Boutique customer as long as they'll have me.

So unfortunate. Fantastic experience with Kelly the owner while doing lashes. Very pleasant and relaxing.
I had already paid the complete amount prior to the lash service however I was overcharged and additional money was held from my account.
I have been a customer for some months now and I have nothing but great things to say about this business. The ambiance is beautiful and relaxing. Kelly the owner is a pleasure each time I've come in to get my lashes done. She does a great job and has been extremely professional every time. I get my eyelash done regularly by Bobby who has the gentlest touch and does an awesome job at customizing my eyelash extensions to look so natural!
A refund is definitely needed from this.
My Lash extensions are AMAZING!! I have received the most compliments on my eyes and because the lashes look so natural no one realizes that I added the extensions. They just recognize how beautiful my eyes are!!!! The atmosphere at Haven Spa is so peaceful and relaxing that I would recommend them to everyone I know looking for a day of beauty!
However, my lashes from the Bombshell Lash set started falling off piece by piece hours later even though I followed the after care instruction.
Try them y’all... you will not be disappointed!
