We went for a 4 years birthday party at the bistro and then shoppping. The bistro was excellent. The food was great and the little treats for the birthday girl and doll were wonderful. Audrey was our waitress and was absolutely amazing. Would recommend it to anyone.
First visit ever! Amazing staff was incredible and so kind to my 5 yr old girl and 3.5 yr old boy. Staff went above and beyond to help us in the "salon". Store was beautiful, extremely clean and organized. The bistro was great, staff again was amazing and food and service was very good. Bistro is a little pricey ( as all AG things are) but was worth it, just to see how happy it made my kids. The dolls get their own cups and saucers that you get to keep and they have their own seats at the tables too, lots of fun! Every kid who loves AT needs to visit, parents too!
Our family experience at this location was amazing- my daughter was thrilled! We're Canadian so we don't have such lavish locations and store fronts as we saw here. We had booked lunch at the Bistro which was surprising excellent! The server/chef was so incredibly nice- can't say enough good things about this location..... AG is by far -EXPENSIVE!!!!! I guess you pay for the services associated with it - in this case- it truly seemed to compensate for their prices. I did read the other reviews- and yes I too was looking for a number to call the store/bistro as I forgot my sweater possibly in this location- have no idea how I will retrieve it... have no idea why a telephone # is not available- that part is silly! :)
We have visited American Girl stores in New York, Dallas, Atlanta, and Charlotte. This store is the smallest, while still carrying a large selection, but the bistro is super small, relative to the others. Definitely plan your visit ahead due to limited seating. The hair salon service is excellent and friendly.
My daughter really wanted a Samantha doll which is no longer carried in store. Staff informed me they had 3 in the back and were able to sell me one. She was thrilled. Very happy with the customer service recd at this store.
