I was disappointed in the small store and selection. Not one of the two employees greeted anyone that walked in while I was there. One employee was texting on her phone. I expected more. I'm a loyal Fossil girl with many purses and watches. Plus the income to spend.
Great location with a wonderful selection of products. I went there to have some links removed from a newly purchased watch and they immediately took care of it!
I went into this store today because I had previously purchased a watch at the Northlake Mall Store and had horrible service, but when I came here Luis spoke with me and gave me a ton of great information and made picking out a different watch much easier! If any one is looking to go to a Fossil Store in Charlotte defiantly go to this store and stay far far away from Northlake!!
Worst customer service ... They are so rude no sense of "service" they are not favoring of selecting the gift box we like and are so adomant of selecting with the set of boxes they want to push with name of fossil policy... when I asked to show that policy they are coming on us saying "you no need to buy if you don't like these boxes".....wht the hell....I would have selected 0 star but selecting a start is mandory... please avoid this store if possible ......
Staff was good but limited collection of smart watches !!! I was expecting better purchase experience than online.
