1. Failed to properly connect a hose from the AC and the excess water soaked my upholstery.
Very rude service I will never give this place any of my business the woman at the front was very rude and rolling her eyes as soon as we walked in learn to be professional before you work in customer service and the guys at the back rude didn't greet and had us waiting a long while and didn't care until we decided to leave and they realized business was walking out the door
4. I have had my car for a little over a month now and the paint has began to chip.
Everyone was kind and kurtious where I was comfortable. They were very honest and up front of the different possibilities and outcome of the repairs.
2. Cracked the windshield during the repair.
Came here for a door dent repair and everyone was so incredibly helpful and nice! I got emails daily with status updates, a phone call when they were done, and they made it super convenient to drop off and pick back up. Definitely coming back if my car gets hit in a parking lot again.
5. Tires alignment is way off
3. Headlights were not properly aligned and when I went to personally adjust them, found one of the headlights was shoved in on an angle and not fastened.
