Russ is the best! When I moved to Charlotte had an older vehicle that started having troubles. I was scared that seeing a young out of state women I would be taken advantage of. Russ listen to me, went over my options and made me feel at ease. Not only that but he is affordable, after hearing what's was wrong with my car went on some forums to read up on the issues the same repairs costed others far more. And now that I have a newer car he still is my go to guy.
