After exchanging a gift they tried to give me a 2.90 credit for it towards the exact same item in a different size. Amazon will at least honor their product.
The store has good deals but the customer service is ceroooo especial in the men department,
Belks is ok. It's still in pretty good shape for a brick and mortar store. They had lots of good stuff on sale, but the discounts of 65% were off of some really high original prices. So the sale items were not much of a good deal. They were well stocked. Parking is easy, since they are in the mall.
3 stars for the beautiful dress I found for a wedding! But the cashier, Shirley, was rude. She hardly said a word. She told me the price of the dress and I asked her to repeat and it seemed like she was aggravated. Not my fault she can't speak up! Other than that I do love the store and the clothing !
