Ordered a pair of shoes which was not in stock in the size I needed for a birthday present. Gave my card to pay and added $20 for 2 day shipping. Was told it would be there by Friday. Register associate (Sumicko according to my receipt), was clearly new and needed help adding expedited shipping, etc.
Do not shop from them because they might send you very old and used items.

The store is a disaster. No rhyme or reason to where anything is in the store. Waited in line to check out and when I was the next in line, some guy cut the line completely and the salesperson actually checked him out first instead of making him wait in line. The cashier I ended up with was polite at first, but then quickly changed her tune when she saw I was only purchasing one item. She says, "Is this it?!" Almost shocked that I was even bothering to purchase something. Just rude. It was the first time I had shopped in this store and I will certainly not be back after that experience. This is why people shop online...to avoid dealing with rude, ungrateful salespeople.
Today, (Monday) I called and was told it wasn't in stock in any store, and I wouldn't be receiving it, and that the person who rang me up should have checked that at the register and told me. Associate on phone (Asha I think), was Very matter of fact, and clearly could care less about any inconvenience on my part.
If I could give them zero star I would! Such a waste of your time and your money if you shop from this website. My wife has ordered a clutch for $400 and waited for almost two weeks, after she received the merchandise it was all torn and damaged. absolutely used. We tired to return it back to the nearest store they told us they wouldn’t take it back and we should mail it back! After driving all the way to the store with damaged item. So disappointed! Terrible experience
