The make up department was able to match me with the best under eye concealer combination during a make up application. They are extremely helpful, however can be a little over the top and pushy if you just want to casually browse. The men's department here is okay, nothing special, and they only seem to have the rotation of plain old dress clothes. I'd like to see some more designer pieces for men at this store like they have in the women's section upstairs.
The make-up department is horrible! I walked around for 10 minutes and not one person offered to help me! I asked for an eye cream sample at La Mer and the older Asian woman was extremely rude, as were some of the other females I encountered including a Hispanic woman working at La Prairie, and one of the managers who was walking around doing nothing.. Worst customer service! Fire these employees already!! And nobody answers when you call the store!
I got a bra fitting here. I was dressed in actual workout clothes (not pretty ones) and Ingrid helped me. She was very nice and I love my new bras. I would definitely go here again and buy more bras from Ingrid. You do not need an appointment. I expected someone to look down on me because I was not dressed the part in this high end department store, but that did not happen. She was nice, helpful and it was pretty quick. I have ordered from Nordstrom online before, this was my first time in one of their stores, and I am very pleased!
I had excellent service at this Nordstrom location. I got a Southern Tide shirt and the guy who checked me out, Michael E., was very friendly and even helped me get signed up for Nordstrom Rewards, which is a big plus to get sales because I can't afford to shop at Nordstrom all the time! He told me all about the current sales and sales to come. I was amazed at the service I received. Great job, Nordstrom!
A high-end store that sells high-end fashion items. The woman selection of fashion items are lacking, but the men selection is quite great. They have clearance sales too time to time for us that wanted discounts.
Nordstorm is really easy to access, and very clean. They have restrooms, which are clean. The people working are quite good, though some areas are uncovered.
