Love R2Go. Great value! 4 out of 5 for this because the delivery showed up 3 hours before scheduled. They came in without covering their shoes or putting protection on their feet. Didn't screw the feet of the couch all the way on and left the couch wobbly. Told my wife they were in a hurry and left some trash on our floor. Sofa looks great and all products we have gotten there have always been fantastic. Just a little disappointed in the guys who delivered today.
This is a rating of the staff and service: Not a single greeting or hello when we walked in because the entire staff was busy in conversation amongst themselves. I know they saw us and even made eye contact but didn't even give us a head nod, or hello, or smile. NOTHING. only until we made it past the entire front end and got to the back show room did someone care enough to "welcome" us. Must be nice to sit around in a couch all day and play on your phone or discuss movies with coworkers while people who work hard for their money indirectly pay your bills. I'll be buying all the furniture I previewed in store on the internet.
The first salesperson blatantly lied to me about a particular living room set being on display, so I went to a different rooms to go. That sales person was much more helpful. They delivery was fast and prompt, but the furniture left a lot to be desired. Two pieces arrived damaged. The sofa is a piece of junk and after less than a month is already giving me issues. Save your money and shop elsewhere
Carmen was a pleasure to work with. The staff is friendly and worked with us to get a great bedroom set. My wife and I will go back for future purchases.
