I thought my delivery was for yesterday, but someone called me (Kushboo) and told me that it was today between 9-11 AM. Okay. The deliverymen called and arrived promptly. However, they did not have all of my pieces! I received 4 of 5 pieces. The missing piece is my wife's recliner! I payed for the delivery of 5 pieces! Today is Wednesday and the store is telling me the earliest delivery of the piece is Saturday! So why did I pay for delivery, and why must I set aside another day for delivery which should have transpired today?! I have purchased thousands of dollars of furniture from Value City Furniture before and was quite pleased, but this situation has made me re-evaluate their competence. Where I would have always recommended them, I now would turn people away.
Kevin & Felix delivered my furniture from Value City and we’re awesome... Kevin & Felix were prompt, courteous and professional. They called to let me know the delivery time and showed up right on time. Kevin & Felix offered to help me move my old couch into the garage. Overall, I have had an amazing purchase experience with value city, starting with Maurice at the South Blvd store, and will recommend to friends and family. Thank you.
Kevin and Felix did an excellent job. They were professional and very respectful of our home. It was a rainy day and they took their shoes off on our door mat. We were very impressed and pleased.
Manny & William are super friendly, and very professional. They were both very courteous and did a wonderful job. Assemble everything quick and took the wrapping with them without having to ask them. So far, they are the best delivery guys I have ever met. Value City is really luck to have them both on their team. Hopefully next time they will deliver my future purchases.
Paul and Trevor were absolutely fantastic. They showed up right on time and I had no issues with them at all. They were in and out within 30 minutes setting up a huge bed for me and I couldn't thank them enough. I even asked them to move the bed to a different spot and they did it without hesitation. I couldn't thank them enough for helping my move in go so smoothly. Thanks again guys! I'll always come to Value City Furniture if I have guys like Paul and Trevor.
