Service was mediocre at best. Didn't seem like their employees moved around with any sort of urgency.
Best jeweler in Charlotte! They have incredible customer service, great pricing, and beautiful jewelry. They take care of their clients and treat them like people and not just a sale. I visited Diamonds Direct and felt like I was just another sale they were trying to close. Thankfully I decided on Brownlee and couldn't be happier!
What an amazing experience designing and building an engagement ring! Michael made the process so easy and convenient. He is a wizard on the CADD system. He asked questions and listened to what we wanted, and designed it right there on the computer. He was very patient as we changed our mind on what we wanted 1000 times. Once we got it the way we wanted, he was able to show us a computer image of what we built. How cool is that! The pricing was also the cheapest in the city. All in all it was such a dream experience for something I was inexperienced and nervous about. I highly recommend!
I'M OBSESSED WITH MY RING! Okay but really it's exactly what I wanted! It's gorgeous and Raff was so wonderful during the whole process. He was very helpful in us making the right decisions and even suggested a smaller and less expensive diamond than others he had because it was the best fit for the ring and overall value. He was very understanding of the budget and did not pressure us at all to spend more. I would highly recommend Ichabod's Jewelry!
