Just wanted to post a review about my fantastic experience at Fink's with their sales staff and watchmaker Francis. I brought in a microbrand dive watch that had been damaged by another local watchmaker. Francis restored it to near perfection (from a ding that I was mostly sure wouldn't come out) and also regulated it within +/- 0.5s/day on my wrist and about -5.5s/day on my winder....much better than it was when I brought it to him!
Working with Roger is one of the best decisions I could've made! He treated me like I was his only customer & like I was important! I wished everyone gave customer service like that!
