So disappointed in the customer service at the South Park Mall location. Went in today to get a necklace I have wanted for about 4 months. I entered the store and was there for about 5 minutes and not one of the employees greeted or asked if they could help with anything. In fact, I felt ignored. I had to approach the employee to get some help. Of course the rose quartz stone was not in stock. I think it was fate that kept me from making a bad purchase. Thanks to terrible customer service I won't be purchasing anything from this store. It's so disappointing to look forward to something only to have it ruined by people unwilling to help.
I called on a Saturday morning for jewelry I needed for my bridal portraits the following Friday. Since it was for my wedding jewelry they upgraded me to free 2-day shipping at no charge to make sure it was here on time. The girl I spoke with was beyond helpful and they had everything I needed in stock...can't ask for more than that! I received my jewelry on Tuesday with a hand written note and a coupon...BEST customer service around! Can't wait to shop here again!
