One of the most ridiculous shopping experiences ever this time. Been here many times before and had great experiences. Went there this year expecting a wait because of the holidays. Tried to give them our name to get on the list and was informed they could only put a certain number of names on the list and we had to wait. Waited 15 more minutes in which time they called several other names and never once had someone ask to take our name. Once again asked to put our name on the list and was again told the list was full and they could not add more names. Witnessed several others walk up and put their names on their list. Tried again and was told the same so we left. To top it off nobody even tells you there is a list when entering the store so if I had not known to even ask we would have waited needlessly. Get your stuff together Pandora. Even during the holidays when it's busy you still have to serve your customers.
