I went here to get a watch fixed and was very satisfied. I called earlier that week to get a quote for a watch replacement battery which they told me would be $25. When I arrived with my watch and they inspected it they mentioned that with my particular brand it would have cost more, but they wanted to honor the quote I was given on the phone. The man working there, as well as the guy who fixed my watch, were friendly and seemed knowledgeable. I will be going back soon for any other watch or jewelry repairs.
