called to place an order... they took my order and charged my card. got a phone call 5 mins later to say that going forward they wouldn't deliver to my address but would this "one time"... called back after waiting a full hour and they decided to cancel the order, and never tell me. it's fine if they don't deliver here, but 1 - your associates should be knowledgeable to that at the time i'm placing an order and 2 - if you say you're going to deliver and honor an order, deliver and honor it. when i called back the team was apathetic/rude and unhelpful. terrible customer service.

Wish i been coming soonee about 6 months now staff is always welcoming and smiles and quick and if you meet jayland he remembers your sandwich even if you cant and the tea is always awesome i know this manager picked a.
