I really can't say enough good things about my experience with Nourish. I am a very busy, active woman. I work upwards of 75 hours a week and one of my jobs is an aerial arts instructor. That being said, I am burning through a lot of what I eat on a regular basis. In the past, I have had a hard time finding things that fill me up and keep me feeling nourished for longer than a couple of hours. Nourish does that for me. At this point, it makes up most of my food intake throughout each week and I have never felt better! I have tons of energy, I build lots of muscle (even with a plant based diet) and my blood work is perfect since. Nourish has really changed my life for the better. I don't have to stress about food anymore. I just get to eat the amazingly delicious food that they prepare and go on with my day :)
I have been ordering through Nourish for over a year, and have never been disappointed. The chefs in the Nourish kitchen are incredibly skilled at creating amazing flavor profiles and using quality ingredients to make delicious, healthy meals. It's so wonderful to have convenient, heat-and-eat meals without having to sacrifice on nutrition or taste!

I ❤❤❤❤ nourish. I'm still mad at myself for just learning about them on year 2 of living in Charlotte. I can't believe I had eaten and LOVED mushrooms. Chef Julia is AMAZING!!! I actually now look forward to going to work on Monday because I know before noon I'll have a delivery. The whole package from delivering and now weekly subscriptions!!! Thank You Nourish Charlotte Team and vendors!!! My health is definitely improving and I can tell that each dish was prepared with love.
