It took well over an hour for my pizza to come mind you I am 2 mins away. I called and asked for banana peppers to be placed on the side didn’t come with my pizza on top of it all the pizza was cold that will be my 1st and last time ordering from the pizza hut.
Would give zero if it was an option. Have ordered from here several times as it is so close to our home (5 mins); have had the order messed up minority a few times, quality is always middling at best, but most recently a delivery took well over two hours. They said they came by, the doorbell did not ring and there was no knock and we were watching for it. Apparently they called after they left. When we called to find out what was going on the staff was super rude and unhelpful. Never ordering from this place again.
I ordered cinnamon sticks and in stead of puting iceing they put marinara sauce
Ordered for pick up online and it said my pizza and wings would be ready in 20 min. Left home after 10-15 min. Pizza Hut is a 10 min drive from us. So we figured our order would be ready when we got there. We got there and pizza nor wings were not ready. After 20 min I witnessed the cashier shaking up wings in a carton and placed a pizza in the warmer. Were thinking its our order. She went to the drive-in window the wings disappeared and the pizza was still in the warmer . My husband and I looked at one another and he said he thought those were our wings. 5-10 more minutes went by and she started shaking another carton of wings. My husband said I hope those are our wings. She said they are and that she had to give the other ones to the lady in the drive was because she was being impatient. She then handed us our order. I was like well you think I wasn't impatient also. My pizza has been sitting in the warmer for 10 min and you didn't even offer us anything for our troubles. Not even a drink or bread sticks. She just turned and walked away. My husband and I were livid. Never again!
Would not answer phone. After placing order and arriving in store no recognition or no one says they took the order. After arriving in store it was clear to me why the phone kept ringing Associates act as if they couldn't hear the phone, simply too busy to answer. Other customers complain about the same things understaffed long waits. Manager was also unprofessional. I will call corporate tomorrow. Rating should be more like zero.
