I have had a good experience with this delivery service. I loved that I could actually speak with a person when ordering my food. The lady i spoke with was very friendly. Also appreciated the constant updates of the status of my food. Food was hot when i got it and the guy who delivered the food was nice.
This was the worst work experience I have EVER had. I worked for this company for about 5 days which says alot in and of it's self. The pay structure is very shady and leaves delivery drivers to survive on the kidness of strangers. There is no hourly wage and drivers are paid PART of the delivery fee and tips ONLY while they scheduled me into 6 hour shifts which I was expected to be committed to. There where severeral shift where I had 1 delivery meaning I made around $8 in 6 hours which I couldnt really commit to anything else that might make me money. The one check I recieved was about half what I was owed totalling around $36 for 5 days. After calling emails and text messages I was promised the other $30+ dollars would be payed on the next statement. I have yet to recieve this payment 1 month later. Which by the way according to the amount quoted in my last email with them is still a few dollars short. Very petty and unprofessional.
Stay away! Two hours late, blamed it on the resturant. We called the resturant which was Lewans, and they confirmed nothing was wrong with the order the driver just showed up late. We talked to the manager and he was rude a didn’t care! We will never use this service again.
The WORST company EVER to work for and order from!! Who wants to support a company that treats there employees like nothing how as a company would you grow if you treat your employee's like junk. They want us to go out buy these light blue polo shirts then do not pay you til two weeks later, you spend all your gas money they DO NOT GIVE YOU GAS MONEY PLUS WEAR AND TEAR ON YOUR VEHICLE TO MAKE YOU GO 2 WEEKS WITHOUT A CHECK!! Never heard of a business like this its a SCAM! Most delivery companies or services like Uber, Lyft, door dash, post mates all which I drive for pays you this company HOLDS YOUR MONEY!! Your company will never grow with bad customer service and support!!
Delivered food before scheduled time and was polite. Food was still hot, can't ask for more.
