My grandparents moved into an assisted living facility today, which is a stressful situation for anyone. My Dad was overseeing the process, and was very pleasantly surprised when Citywide invoiced him for far less than their quote because his packing and preparation had been so thorough.

Be mindful, If you are moving out of state and have less than 8,000 pounds on the truck you will be charged for a minimum of 8,000 lbs. I thought I would end up paying less because my items weighed less, that was not the case. Otherwise....great company!
My move out of state was so smooth it was unbelievable. Shawn and the other gentleman worked very well together. I have heard horror stories about furniture being broken or scratched, movers not showing up on time and I don't have one bad thing to say about your movers. They arrived at the time they should have and was courteous and professional the entire time. I told them I would arrive at my new destination at a certain time, and they were there waiting for me!
As a military brat, I have moved A LOT and feel that I almost always have a moderate to bad experience. I have moved within Charlotte locally about 4 times and have never had a crew move me to a third floor apartment so quickly and (get this) without breaking a single thing! I had Shaun M, Wayne D, and Jermaine as my crew and they were polite, professional, and fun - all things I think are vital when going through the stress of a move and when having strangers handle your most prized possessions. Anyone that knows me knows that I have a critical eye when it comes to any type of service performed and, for the first time ever, I have found a moving company that I would use again. Big thanks for doing such an awesome job and making this one phase of a move that was not stressful!

My parents property was handled with care packed, moved and unpacked without a single breakage. Moving into a senior living facility is very difficult and emotional, the employees of this company made it great!
I can't express enough how good this company is. The sales rep Kathie was so good at understanding when I had to keep changing my moving date. Kathie made everything so easy and less stressful. I had 3 guys moving my things and they were great. Very careful and very quick. This whole process with Citywide Moving made moving for me run very smooth. Thank You Kathie and thanks to the guys that moved us.
They packed everything neatly, nothing was damaged, they helped get everything in a storage unit and then into an apartment. I was already experiencing anxiety from driving several hours, going from a 2000 sq ft house to a 1000 sq ft apartment and they remained professional and calm the entire time. I had two guys who worked well together and were efficient.
Our family very much appreciated this gesture, which isn't often seen in business these days, so I thought that it would be appropriate to share it in a review. We highly recommend Citywide Moving Systems.
