I have been through multiple moves over the past two decades. This is the first time that I used Gentle Giant Moving Company. By comparison to experiences with prior movers, there really is no comparison. The Gentle Giant team members - from move coordinator to quality assurance to billing to actual movers - were extraordinarily professional, personable and responsive. I also used Gentle Giant for the long-term storage of my household goods, which was very convenient. I had no concerns about the preservation and care of my property. The overall cost, when compared to other companies, might be a little higher, but you definitely get what you pay for. If I have to move again, I wouldn't even shop around for another company. Gentle Giant Moving Company will always be the movers I choose.

I am very satisfied with the professional services I received from the Packing Coordinator, Moving Coordinator and all of the Moving Team that packed and delivered my furniture so kindly.
I have nothing but glowing accolades to leave for the guys from gentle giants. From the very first phone contact to the moment they all four showed up early Saturday morning to actually complete the move - to the care and concern they took with my personal items. I guess you take these things all for granted until you go through a "bad" move. All four of these guys worked tirelessly for eight hours - moving me out - and then again moving me in. The were polite, well spoken, energetic and professional doesn't begin to describe it! I loved the fact that the company gave me a quote with a range - in other words - it could be as little as..... but at the most shouldn't go over this... and they did stay within that range. As well as finished a half hour earlier than quoted. I was very pleased and would easily use them again.
I spent a great deal of time researching movers before selecting Gentle Giant movers to help us move between Charlotte, NC and Conshohocken, PA. They exceeded our expectations in every way! Movers were super personable and actually ran between loads! Absolutely no wasted time! We will definitely use them in the future! You won't be disappointed!
