Public Moving Services was recommended to me by a workmate while I was relocating. When I called them,
20 minutes early on the moving day. They swiftly finished packing everything and then loaded everything to the

Previously had a horrible experience with another moving company that took 2.5-3 weeks to get my things. We explained this situation to the lady who gave us a quote and she assured us that next day delivery would not be a problem. Of course, next day delivery did not occur. When trying to get in touch with dispatch you stay on hold forever only to be cut off and have to start completely over. The lady who quoted us everything would not return phone calls, dispatch did not return calls when they said they would. Spoke with a "supervisor" who yelled at us on the phone and was very rude and short. We explained to her that we were promised next day delivery and to listen to the phone call (as they are recorded) to which she said she would and we requested a copy of the phone call as well. Of course, we did not get a copy. No idea if she ever listened to it...probably not. We were then told the truck would be there tomorrow (Thursday)....Thursday came and no call from the drivers....we contacted them again..the truck has computer problems....Friday still computer problems. My things finally arrived on Saturday (they were loaded on Tuesday). Compared to other reviews this was a quick delivery. Boxes were damaged. Customer service is a joke. All they do is quote the contract to you, which by the way we couldn't get unless a deposit was made, and constantly remind you that you signed off on these things......Tips for those trying to get in touch with them, call from a different number, use only a first name (or have a significant other call), say you are interested in moving on the voicemail, and you'll get a call back. Also, ask for direct numbers to their phone so you don't have to sit on hold as much. Keep calling until you can get some sort of answer. For future potential customers....DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY....RUN RUN RUN FAR AWAY FROM THEM.

loaded them onto the vans. My furniture was carried with caution so they don’t end up damaging the floors or
walls. I have a lot of respect for the crew and I always request for the same movers. I recommend this company
If you are smart you will never ever use this company. Run far far away! Their website says that they are BBB approved. They are NOT. The salesman comes on very professionally. The red flag is that they want you to send them an inventory list instead of coming to inspect the size of contents to be moved. This way the can give you low ball price to lure you in and then once they pick up the goods they double the price! Whoever you hire, make sure they see for themselves the amount of goods to be moved. Another issue, of many, they sent a Russian crew to pick up our stuff and haul away in an Enterprise moving truck. What we didn't know is that they off loaded our precious furniture to a warehouse where it sat and we waited a long, long time for a truck driver to pick it up and finally bring it to us TWO WEEKS AFTER IT WAS TO ARRIVE! Our fine furniture was severely damaged. Our carefully packed boxed belongings looked like they had been tossed around in a cement tumbler. Oh and if you try to reach out to them by phone. FORGET IT! The have one phone number. AND YOU CAN'T GET THROUGH! So lots of luck resolving your issues. Do yourself a favor and go to another company.
I hired Public Moving Services simply because they quoted quite low and I was short on cash. I wasn’t expecting much from them but they really astonished me. The crew of 4 men was very effective. They were experienced and highly skilled. Their packing skills were out of this world. I never imagined how professional packing could look like. Everything was taken care of by these men and we didn’t even have to lift a finger. They delivered everything in great condition and unpacked everything into the right rooms. I wasn’t expecting such a remarkable job with that price tag.
