I'm still waiting on my 2 go order. When mentioned that I had a coupon from my plenti. I was told that I had to eat here but it has to be scanned. She stated that the manager told to tell customers that .I told I'm to go and my reward will be honored. After a lil back with her, the manager came honored my rewards. Customers should not have to go through a whole lot just eat.
Best chili's in Charlotte, North Carolina hands down. The service was very good, we were served by a waiter named Rasheed who was very swift and nice. The refills were on point and the food came out at a reasonable time. Rasheed was the best server there hands down.
Jalisa the bartender was amazing! My boyfriend and I came in for my birthday and she was extremely prompt, friendly and knowledgeable. She was able to answer all questions and ensured our food was good and our drinks never empty.
Hostess was not very welcoming when we walked in. She acted like she was annoyed that we walked in. Place is very understaffed and food came out lukewarm. The servers that assisted us were very polite and helpful though. I probably will try to avoid going to location from now on.
I left one of my birthday presents here and once I got home I realized it and I called to ask them if it was still there and if they could hold it for me until the next day. The next day my mom went and got it and they took the money out of my birthday card..... Had to be an employee because they said they kept the present in their office. How could someone steal someone else's birthday money?? Just wrong. Also we waited about 40-45 minutes for our food even though the restaurant had few people in it. Never coming back to this location.
