Good indian food and good service
I generally don’t write reviews, but in this instance I feel it necessary to warn people about this establish. This is the WORST Indian food I have ever had, and that is not an exaggeration. In most cases I would just take it as a personal experience and walk away, however I chose to write this review in response to our customer service experience after expressing our concerns to management. There are few times in my life that I have been rudely interrupted, with a raised voice, and then eventually dismissed. We had a food allergy that needed to be addressed, no big deal, but ended up being flat out told it is not their problem and we needed to address it with the individual that brought our food! There a few times my life that I have been flat out interrupted, with a raised voice, and then eventually dismissed. Later I called to speak with a manager and was eventually hung up on! With all the options in the area I would highly recommend avoiding this place. Honey Tupelo was really good.
Wonderful Indian Cuisine. The staff are friendly and helpful. I eat here once a week and they consistently provide delicious food. I always eat the buffet. Why? Because it's delicious and always (usually) hot and fresh. This place has a special spot right next to my heart.
One of my favorite Indian restaurants in the Charlotte area. The lunch buffet NEVER disappoints! I also enjoy sharing dishes from the menu. Food is well prepared and service is personable too.
Service was a little slow because they seemed to be understaffed. But the quality of the food was excellent. And the selections on the menu were fantastic. Can't wait to try the lunch buffet.
