This is my wife and Is' favorite restaurant in the Charlotte Area. She is from Ecuador and it is hard to find food similar to her native cuisine. They have an excellent lunch special during the week that offer soup, salad, rice and a meat. On Sundays they offer breakfast. Also, their parilladas' and steaks are absolutely excellent!
A neighbor told us about Los Paisas. We tried it for the first time today. The food was excellent and the wait staff very helpful and kind. I had one of the favorites, chicken and mushrooms. Large portions, great flavor. We will definitely visit again.

Customer service and making a person feel welcome and being helpful is not their strong asset. I ordered a few items for a work potluck online, then called to confirm the order. When I came in, the quantity was wrong and the person helping was not even trying to correct it and was stand offish. Not a good experience and will not be going back.
