Decent food but horrible customer service. I called to order my food and pick it up. After placing my order via phone I asked for the total. I was told that there was no way for her to give me the total. She said I can only give you the price of each meal. As I'm totalling I realize that she is charging me separately for each item in my meals. I told her these were meals. I was told that they were not sold that way even though that's what their website says. She got angry and told me they were busy. How rude. This community Is the reason they are so successful. I found this disrespectfully ungrateful and not customers friendly or convenient. At the least they should advertise the way they actually sell the food.
I ordered livermush breakfast, the livermush was burnt &dry. I was told that should be that way. Mind you..the portion size was worth the price. However I think it was the owner who asked if I wanted something else, but wouldn't refund my money as I had NOT TOUCHED ANY OF THE FOOD!!! DINO'S FROM NOW ON!!!!
