They were tight with the cheese an acted as if that was the last of it. Other than that a nice clean environment food tasted like it was fresh customer services was about 60% when I expect 100% cause that's what I give off. Will eat there again
I wish this place was better! I really love burritos and this sort of place. The service is friendly enough. But the food never seems all that fresh, lacks flavor, and the place appears dirty (floors, tables, chairs with food on them etc.). The outdoor patio is nice.
Ingredients are always fresh, great selection..a little pricey but the quality makes up for it and this particular location is always clean
I had a horrible experience at the Park rd location. Prior to my visit I called and spoke with the catering manager who was really helpful. I let him know one of my steak tacos were not in the bag but it was no big deal I would stop by later to retrieve. He told me that was fine and took my name. When I showed up the young lady at the register was RUDE. She shrugged her shoulders and walked away leaving me for many minutes. She spoke curse words as she rolled her eyes furiously. I never received such bad service. I will NEVER go back. Today I followed up by speaking to the GM Chris Gaydos and he was not at all concerned or helpful. Worst customer service ever and sadly the general manager didn't find any problem with the cashiers behavior. Sad but true. It's so unfortunate that a business as this one has no respectable management to handle problems as they occur. I really hope the catering manager finds a better work envious bc he was as helpful as he could be and seems like he doesn't belong there.
Best Salsarita's ANYWHERE is right here.....the owner is so personable and speaks to me every time I visit. Food is always fresh and the CHIPS are better than any other southwestern food place!!!!!
