1st time loved it. Wings the way they should be. Crispy and fried!
The service is great and the wings are even better! The only thing I don’t like is that everyone uses the same roll of paper towel at the condiment station. I just think that might be a bit unsanitary. But overall they get four stars for everything else.
The hot wings are amazing! Speed of service is always poor. Cashier didn't bother to call out our names
It's best to order your food online. The food is cooked to order. I personally like my wings well done. The weekend is the busiest so be prepared long waits if you did not order online.
I was there Aug 30. The wings were either over cooked or a few hours old. The fries were over seasoned. There was no ice in the ice machine and none of the 5 or 6 employees there seemed to care. It was not of the quality I have come to expect from the wing stop franchise. Anyway, i should have known something was amiss— it was around 5:30 p.m. and this store is located across the street from a university and it was empty. The parking lot in front of the store was empty and the store itself had one other customer besides myself. I discovered the poor quality of my food once I got back to my hotel room. Lucky for me the ***Hilton Charlotte University Place*** has great wings that can be ordered from room service which is what I did.
