An awesome place to take your pet in an emergency. We had to put a dog down and even the receptionist was crying, it was very moving.
I've taken several of my dogs here, and the experience has always been a joy. The surgeons are brilliant and take the time to explain everything, the vet techs are courteous and gentle, and I've never had a problem with anything that I've needed for my dogs. I wouldn't trust any other place in Charlotte for complex pet needs.
Brought my pet in he was very old they gave us great care and we're very respectful never pushed one thing or another on us and when the time came they gave me all the space and time I needed with him.
