I cancelled my boarding for next weekend because of it when I was there for a vet visit. I figured "Ok they can still have my grooming business". Today they were groomed and they snuck in the flu vaccine fee (I signed grooming papers with two dogs in my hand, who knew there were vaccine costs too on the forms?).

Dr Dozier did a great job explaining procedure An showing all X-rays that they took of my fur baby.An for anybody needing ofa hips An elbows done this is the go to place.Super positioning of the legs to get great shots of the hips.

Only place in Charlotte requiring $80 (2x$40) flu vaccine to be boarded or groomed. Full stop.

This is nothing more than a racket. Do not go here.

RUPTURED. The eye was bleeding into the eye. WHEN NO ONE KNOWS WHAT HAPPENED, SOMETHING IS SERIOUSLY NEGLIGENT and every other word I can use to describe THE PATHETIC CARE GIVEN HER. Had to take Lucy to an Emergency Opthamologist shortly after picking her up. Opthamologist performed emergency surgery. Dr. removed a large blood clot and a clot of inflammation before sewing cornea. My husband and I are beyond words to describe how we are feeling!

DO NOT BOARD YOUR DOG AT REA RD ANIMAL HOSPITAL. My little Pug was seriously injured week of October 10, 2017 while boarding for 3 days. Lucy's left Cornea has a terrible cut and the cornea had fallen down in her eye. Unfortunately the cut extendes full thickness . HER EYE

DO NOT THINK YOU CAN TRUST THIS CLINIC.

We LOVE Rea Road Animal Hospital!!! Dr. Dozier did our boxer’s knee repair twice and gave her EXCELLENT care!!!!!! He was so concerned with her healing and progress. I can’t sing his praises enough! This man is a saint!!! Dr. Michael and Dr. Gillis are excellent as well!! Thank you for taking such great care of our dogs!!!!

I've spent 16 years working in trauma centers throughout the US and was incredibly impressed with everyone from my initial call to the follow up. I was concerned that my pup was having a stroke and from experience, know how quickly that can turn bad. They immediately accepted my visit after calling ahead and hey acted swiftly to care for my "kid".

Here's the best part, when I was at the vet this past weekend, with boarding coming next weekend, the lady says, "you should get the booster now, it takes a couple days to take effect." I said No, we will board them elsewhere. Today for grooming, they decided that the dogs needed boosters. Literally gave the booster the same time they were grooming.

We will not bring our dogs back. Lucy faces potential future problems from this horrific eye injury.

Such a professional staff and helped in what I believed was a critical situation!

After being a K9 owner my whole life, and experiencing vets in a multitude of states, this team was the best I've seen. Thanks so much everyone, my pup is doing great thanks to you!
