While the environment is good and the drink menu is diverse, the ability to access this service is not enjoyable. Do not come here if you expect the staff to pay attention to you. We sat at a table for 10 min and were never acknowledged. We went to the bar to get drinks, which was quick. The staff talked to themselves the entirety of our stay. Their tables continued to be ignored. I do not think I'll be returning, especially given the prices $$$!

Great experience at city lights...atmosphere is warm and inviting, the drinks were tasty , the view of Charlotte's skyline is absolutely stunning....great place for girls night out...or date night!!
Ate at Evoke downstairs and the supervisor from City Lights came down to personally escort us to a complimentary section! I mentioned I was cold and out they came with complimentary blankets! Our favorite was the wine/popscicle drink. Unforgettable experience. They made a regular couple feel like we had celebrity status! We'll be back!
Bartenders were great. Did last call at 1:30. "Manager" RAjaa, came and told people to leave and "come back tomorrow". Shut lights and music off at 1:50. Will not be back. Group of 9 women from out of town, would've enjoyed to tab out the regular way. Do not go here.
