When we went it was the perfect day to sit outside and watch the trolleys go back and forth disappearing down the hill into downtown. The service was great and our waitress made several amazing recommendations. The smoked duck is tender and juicy and cooked to perfection. I also really enjoyed the barbecued octopus and brussel sprouts. We ordered a little of everything and it was all great so I'll be swinging by again next time I'm in Charlotte for sure!
We always have such a nice time at CustomShop. The selections are fresh and light. Small plates are exquisite and many of the vegetables are sourced from the chef's garden. Date night or bust!
Depends on the day. Usually great service and menu but it changes. I like the farm to table concept. The bread pudding is the best I've ever had and stays on the menu.
Great atmosphere! Quiet booths available. Food was excellent although full portions seemed like small plates.
