We ordered a basket of wings and a burger an hour ago and the still haven't seen our food, and it's slow. Also saw one of the cooks in the back with a large beard and absolutely no beard net. Isn't that a health code violation?
The food was standard Hooters fare, however the seating and service were beyond bad. It was obvious this was a management issue, since tables sat dirty for 15 minutes or more with a line out the door. It appeared to be understaffed and the gals working were not well trained either. A few more servers and a bus person would have delivered on guest satisfaction and especially the bottom line. Skip this place and got to Ale House close by.
We came here for a fantasy football draft special. They did a good job with our arrangements, but we were hoping to see some ( .)(. ) Let's just say we were unimpressed with the portly talent. The food here sucks too. I don't complain much with bar food...but the wings... appetizers were terrible.
I wAs there for the Veterans Day special and it was nice and good. The food and beer selection was awesome.
First time at this location not from Charlotte and maybe they didn’t realize it was a Thursday or a Thursday with an NFL game 5 blocks away but no one bar tending no one serving ( ok well a couple and many trainees but in a place with a couple hundred occupancy) ... until Sarah showed up! No manager to help at the bar.. it goes on and on.. I may be the only review this day but everyone else felt the same! Many tables left. Thanks Sarah for holding it together!
